Home	Black River Float Trips Let us arrange a scenic "5 mile" float down the Black River. Lifejackets, paddles and trash bags provided. Contact us for rates. Hiking Enthusiasts Hike from Taum Sauk Mountain to Johnson's Shut-Ins. This hike is recommended for experienced hikers only--it is a rugged 13 miles and the guidebook suggests it will take 8-10 hours. Food and lots of water must be taken. Drop your car off at Johnson's Shut-Ins the night before or the morning of the hike and then take you to your starting point on Taum Sauk Mountain.     Hiking Shuttle     $ 25 Picnic in a Cooler A picnic lunch can be added to the above specials or ordered by itself. Picnic will include a selection of meats and cheeses on Hawaiian bread, a piece of fruit or fruit cup, salty snack, homemade cookies and your choice of soft drink, bottled water or sparkling grape juice. Trash bag included for easy clean up.     Picnic for Two     $ 25     Each Add'l Person     $ 10 Grill Your Own Steak Let us do your shopping and you do the cooking! Relax, kick back and grill your dinner when you're ready to eat. Magic Light charcoal included. Dinner to include: farm raised beef steaks, baked potatos, salad in a bag, frozen vegetable and homemade cookies. Soft drinks, bottled water or sparking grape juice also provided. Locally grown pork chops can be substituted for beef steaks.
